We are lucky to have in the store this beautiful and rare wood tea caddy with handle and locks in brass. It is a hand made item, made in Norway by the grandfather of my father in law, sometime during the last decade of the 19th century.
The box bares the marks of its long life, it has some cracks and the key and key locker are missing. However, it remains strong, solid and the wood is in very good condition despite some cracks here and there. It is very beautiful item, a lovely gift for someone who admire antiques and uniqueness because this is one of a kind.
Remember, every vintage item comes with a story and the marks its life have put on it. I just hope it find a loving new owner. The link to buy this amazing box is here . The first one will get the prize.
